§ 11-118. Owner and contractor; subject to city council regulations.

(a)

Lot clearing. Trash and debris caused from the operation of lot cleaning or clearing and contractor's debris caused from building, rebuilding or otherwise altering of buildings or structures must be removed by the owner or contractor performing such work.

(b)

Industrial waste. Industrial waste and refuse shall be stored, held, kept, collected and removed by the owner, occupant or person in possession of such premises, under the direction of the city manager, in such manner as may be prescribed by the city council.
