§ 11-117. Disposal of cartons, etc.

Any storekeeper, owner or occupant keeping or offering for collection refuse material consisting entirely of paper and pasteboard or other light material in large quantities may, at the direction of the city council and under such rules as it may prescribe, be allowed to use suitable bags for such storage and collection.
