§ 11-119. Oil and grease at garages, filling stations, etc.

(a)

Spent oils or greases accumulated at garages, filling stations or similar establishments will not be removed except for the convenience and use of the city.

(b)

The city manager shall issue special receipts for any such trash removal fees.
