§ 6-8. City of Jacksonville authorized to enforce animal ordinances.

(a)

Under the terms of the inter-local agreement, the Consolidated City of Jacksonville has agreed to perform animal control services as a county-wide function.

(b)

The City of Jacksonville is authorized and requested, in its enforcement of animal control ordinances within the City of Neptune Beach, to enforce animal control ordinances passed by Neptune Beach in its Code of Ordinances, in addition to those ordinances passed by the Consolidated City of Jacksonville affecting Duval County.
