§ 6-9. Enforcement.

The police department and all officers under its supervision shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter. The powers and authority granted under this chapter shall be supplemental to the powers and authority already provided for in F.S. § 828.27, relating to local animal control and cruelty ordinances which are hereby declared to be incorporated herein.
