§ 2-364. Surplus property.

The city manager shall have the authority to declare property surplus and pursuant to F.S. Ch. 274, sell, convey or dispose of surplus property the value of which does not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) or is more than ten (10) years old. City council shall approve the disposal of any other surplus property.
