§ 2-363. Transfer of appropriations.

The city manager is authorized to transfer budgeted amounts between accounts within a department at any time during the year. The city manager may transfer unencumbered appropriated balances among line items within one (1) department, or between departments within the same fund, provided that such a transfer does not exceed the total appropriation for that fund.
