§ 22-2. Unmarked wreckers.

(a)

The term "wrecker" as used in this section shall mean and include any motor vehicle equipped for removing any other vehicle from the roadway.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, operate or maintain within the city any unmarked wrecker and all wreckers owned, operated or maintained within the city shall have affixed thereto or thereon one (1) or more signs clearly designating the name and address of the owner or operator, together with such other information as the owner or operator may desire.
