§ 22-1. Certain trucks prohibited on First Street.

(a)

The prohibitions contained in this section shall be inapplicable to trucks or motor transportation vehicles engaged in actual delivery or pickup or performance of services requiring the use of First Street, recreational vehicles, public utility and emergency vehicles and mass transportation buses.

(b)

It shall be unlawful and a municipal offense for any person to operate any motor truck weighing more than five thousand (5,000) pounds and any truck-tractor or semi-trailer combination on First Street between Orange Street and Seagate Avenue.
