§ 21-114. Use of revenues received.

All revenues received, collected and derived from the taxes imposed and levied by this article shall be used for any purpose authorized by law, including but not limited to capital improvements, operating expenditures, recreational facilities, and for the paying of all or any part of debt service requirements for bonds or revenue certificates authorized and issued pursuant to law.
