§ 21-113. Telecommunications service street listing.

The director of finance is directed to maintain, provide, update, and make available an alphabetical listing, to be called the telecommunications service street listing, of all street names within the City of Neptune Beach, Florida that meets all the criteria as established in F.S. § 166.231(9)(d).
(1)

The telecommunications service street listing shall be updated for additions and deletions of new addresses monthly.

(2)

The director of finance shall promulgate procedures for the administration, disposition, distribution, reproduction, recovery of cost from sale, and use of the telecommunications service street listing.
