§ 20-2. Violations.

(a)

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, who fails to comply therewith, or who makes, causes to be made or participates in the construction, alteration, repair or maintenance of a swimming pool which construction, alteration, repair or maintenance is in any manner or to any degree not consistent with the detailed statement and plans or specifications submitted for approval under the provisions of this chapter, or not consistent with any permit issued hereunder, shall be guilty of an offense.

(b)

The owner of any building, structure or premises where any violation of this chapter occurs, and any architect, architect builder, contractor, agent, person or corporation employed in connection therewith and who has assisted in the commission or omission constituting a violation of this chapter shall each be guilty of a separate offense and upon conviction shall be punished as set forth in this Code. Such violation shall constitute a separate offense for each day the same continues.
