§ 17-32. Frequency.

Not more than three (3) garage sales may be conducted by any person or upon a lot or parcel of land during any period of one (1) calendar year (between January 1st and December 31st). Upon receipt of a garage sale permit, a garage sale may be conducted on any two (2) consecutive days. A rummage sale conducted by or on behalf of a charitable institution exempted from license fees by subsection 21-47(b) may be conducted as frequently or as long as permitted by subsection 21-47(b).
