§ 15-4. Unlawful behavior in public places.

  • No person shall use or occupy any portion of any public square, park, parkway, street, alley or highway, where the sale or offer to sell is made thereon or where solicitation of donors is made thereon by:

    (1)

    Stopping passersby;

    (2)

    Yelling or making loud noise to attract donors to a place of business; or

    (3)

    Having an attraction which will blockade a street, sidewalk or other public place.
