§ 9-3. Public notice of elections.

Latest version.

All elections shall be properly noticed in a local newspaper at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of qualifying. The publication shall be made at least twice, once in the fifth week and once in the third week prior to the week in which the election is to be held.
