§ 8-328. Fee.

Simultaneously with the filing of a permit application under this division, the applicant shall pay a fee of one hundred ten dollars ($110.00) to cover the cost of inspection and review of drawings, plans and specifications. Such sum shall be nonrefundable whether the application is granted or denied, and shall be in addition to any other fee or fees required to be paid in accordance with this Code.
