§ 8-326. Required.

Latest version.

No building or other structure existing in whole or in part shall be moved into or out of the city until the owner or the contractor of such property upon which such building or other structure is or shall be located has first obtained a building permit from the building official. It shall be unlawful to move any building or structure into or out of the city without such permit. In order to obtain such permit, it shall be necessary and required to follow the procedure set out in this division.
