§ 8-242. Purpose.

The purpose of this division is to protect threatened and endangered marine turtles that nest along the beach of Neptune Beach, by safeguarding the nesting female and hatchling marine turtles from the adverse effects of artificial light and adult and hatchling marine turtles from injury or harassment.
