§ 8-5. Firewall required.

Whenever a request is approved for a variance of setback requirements for residential buildings from the property lines; if such request will encroach to three (3) feet or less from the property line, the exterior wall shall have a minimum of one (1) hour fire protection rating and such wall shall be without openings.
