It shall be unlawful and a municipal offense for any person or legal entity to, at
any time while on the ocean beach area, deliver, exchange, dump, cause to be dumped,
place or cause to be placed, use or otherwise have in his or her possession or control
any food container of glass or beverage container made of glass or other disposable
container made of glass, punishable as provided in this Code.
