§ 7-30. Horses.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or is in control of or in charge of a horse to lead or ride such animal upon the beach or ocean area or to allow or permit such animal to wander, stray or be on the area upon the Atlantic Ocean Beach adjacent to the city. It shall be the duty of such person to keep every horse from that area.
