§ 6-3. Keeping of certain animals prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain bovine, goat, sheep, swine or poultry, within the City of Neptune Beach, except for in special events, as approved by the city manager.

(b)

Violators of this section shall be guilty of a municipal offense, punishable as provided in section 6-5.
