§ 2-438. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Code enforcement officer means the city manager or his designee whose duty it is to enforce codes and ordinances enacted by Neptune Beach.

Enforcement board means the code enforcement board.

Repeat violator means a violation of any code or ordinance by a person whom the code enforcement board has previously found to have violated the same code or ordinance within five (5) years prior to the violation.
