§ 2-207. Job applicant testing.

  • Applicants for the following safety-sensitive positions will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test upon an offer of employment and prior to their final appointment:

    (1)

    Police and law enforcement officers;

    (2)

    Lifeguards;

    (3)

    Truck drivers;

    (4)

    Heavy equipment operators;

    (5)

    Emergency dispatch operators.
