§ 2-167. Appointment and compensation.
The City Clerk of the City of Neptune Beach shall be appointed by the city council. The city clerk shall receive an annual salary and perform the duties to be determined and supervised by the City Council of Neptune Beach.

No. 88-2-8, § 2, adopted Aug. 15, 1988; Ord. No. 89-5-5, § 1, adopted May 1, 1989; and Ord. No. 89-5-8, § 1, adopted Aug. 7, 1989. Ord. No. 1996-29, § 1, adopted Oct. 7, 1996, provided for the addition of § 2-167 as herein set out.
