§ 2-26. Regular meetings.

(a)

Time. The city council shall hold its regular monthly meeting on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. and its workshop monthly meeting on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. If a regular or workshop meeting falls on a Monday that is a holiday, and City Hall is closed, the meetings shall be held on the following Tuesday.

(b)

Place. All regular and workshop meetings of the city council shall be held in the City Hall of the city unless necessary to change locations for providing public access and previous notice is properly published.
