§ 2-1. Seal of city.

A circular seal and imprint with the words and figures "City of Neptune Beach, Florida" around the margin and the superimposition of a palm tree and gulls on an ocean and sun's rays scene in the center, is hereby adopted as the corporate seal of the city.
