§ 27-224. Special flood hazard district, shallow flooding district, and coastal high hazard district established.

The special flood hazard district, shallow flooding district, and coastal high hazard districts are hereby established as overlay districts, meaning that these districts are overlaid upon other established base districts. The land included in such district may be used in a manner permitted in the base district to the extent such use is permitted in the applicable overlay district. The regulations that apply to these overlay districts are further described in article VIII of this Code.
