§ 27-162. Special exception only applies to property for which permit issued.

Any special exception granted by the city council shall only apply to the property for which the permit was granted. Under no circumstance shall the special exception apply to any adjacent or contiguous property that may be acquired, subsequent to the issuance of the special exception.
