§ 27-107. Submittal requirements.

The city shall consider a proposed minor replat upon the submittal of the following materials:

(1)

An application form provided by the city;

(2)

Twelve (12) paper copies of the proposed minor replat;

(3)

A statement indicating that water and/or sanitary sewer service is available to the property; and

(4)

Land descriptions and acreage or square footage of the original and proposed lots and a signed and sealed survey, dated within thirty (30) days of submittal, showing the intended division, and all encumbrances upon the subject property shall be prepared by a professional land surveyor registered in the State of Florida. In the event a lot contains any principal or accessory structures, a survey showing the structures on the lot shall accompany the application.

The signed and sealed survey must provide information that demonstrates the resultant lots conform to the standards of this Code.
