§ 27-184. Simultaneous action on amendment to the comprehensive plan and this Code.

In cases where a change in the comprehensive plan is needed prior to receiving a change in this Code, or the zoning map, nothing shall prohibit the application of an amendment to the comprehensive plan to be processed simultaneously, provided that the consideration of the amendment to the comprehensive plan by the community development board and the city council shall appear first on any agenda. In such instances, two (2) ordinances will be required for each action.
