The Comprehensive Plan for the City of Neptune Beach, (City of Neptune Beach Comprehensive
Growth Management Plan) a copy of which is filed in the office of the city clerk on
the date Ordinance No. 90-6-9 is passed, is hereby approved and adopted as the comprehensive
plan to guide the future development and growth of the City of Neptune Beach, Florida,
as mandated by the Local Government Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulation
Act, F.S. Ch. 163, pt. II.
