§ 25-31. Posting.

Upon issuance of a local business tax receipt under this chapter, a copy of the same shall be securely placed in each vehicle and kept in plain view of the passengers riding therein. In addition, the following items must be kept in the vehicle for hire while operating within the City of Neptune Beach:
(1)

Vehicle for hire driving permit issued by the City of Jacksonville, Department of Environmental and Regulatory Services;

(2)

Florida vehicle registration and proof of current liability insurance;

(3)

Valid Florida driver's license;

(4)

Current vehicle inspection permit.
