§ 25-27. Application.

Latest version.

Application for a local business tax receipt shall be filed in writing with the city, and such application shall set forth the following facts:
(1)

That the applicant is the holder of a permit and medallion issued by the City of Jacksonville, and same is affixed to each vehicle operated in the City of Neptune Beach.

(2)

That the applicant is the holder of a current vehicle inspection certificate issued by the City of Jacksonville for each vehicle operating in the city limits of Neptune Beach.
