§ 24-30. Timing of fertilizer application.

Latest version.

No applicator shall apply fertilizers containing nitrogen and/or phosphorus to turf and/or landscape plants during the prohibited application period, or to saturated soils. Applicators shall only apply slow nitrogen and phosphorous releasing fertilizers during the summer rainy season, June 1 to September 30.
