§ 23-62. Connections in violation; remedial action.

Any house sewer connection found to have been constructed, erected, altered or repaired in violation of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the city, and which is detrimental to health, shall be immediately remedied upon notice from the building official, and the owner, or agent in charge, failing to make the same conform to such ordinances, rules and regulations within ten (10) days after notice, shall be guilty of an offense.
