§ 22-43. Transition period for regulation, restrictions and licensure provisions.

Each secondhand dealer operating as a title loan lender on the effective date of this article shall have six (6) months from the effective date of this article to comply with the regulation, restrictions and licensure provision of this part before the city may initiate any administrative or civil action, or refer a matter for criminal prosecution.
