§ 22-6. Withholding of license plates and revalidation stickers.

The City of Neptune Beach's Police Department shall prepare and supply the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (hereinafter, the "department)", transmitted securely over the internet to the department, using the file format specified by the department, listing persons who have:
(1)

Three (3) or more outstanding parking violations in the City of Neptune Beach; or

(2)

Who have any outstanding violations for offenses occurring on or after October 1990, of F.S. § 316.1955, or any similar local ordinance regulating parking in spaces designated for use by disabled persons.
