§ 21-118. Exercise of municipal powers.

This article represents an exercise of municipal powers by the city council, pursuant to section 1.03 of the Neptune Beach Charter. This article shall apply throughout the City of Neptune Beach, but only to taxes levied by Neptune Beach.
