§ 21-27. Adoption of Chapter 205, Florida Statutes, by reference.

The city hereby adopts by reference and incorporates into this Code all the provisions applicable to municipalities of Chapter 205, Florida Statutes, 1995, as may be from time to time amended. Copies of said statute are now and will be kept on file in the office of the city manager.
