§ 20-40. Fee.

Latest version.

No building permit for the construction or alteration of a swimming pool shall be valid until a fee in the amount of forty cents ($0.40) per hundred dollars ($100.00) of the sworn estimate of the cost of the pool has been paid to the city manager and so noted on the face of the permit.
