§ 20-4. Walkways; vertical walls; watertightness.

(a)

Surrounding areas and/or walkways shall be designed so as not to drain into the pool.

(b)

In pools with maximum water depth three (3) feet six (6) inches or more, walls shall not be battered from the vertical more than one (1) inch per foot for a water depth of thirty (30) inches.

(c)

Pools when completed shall be watertight.
