§ 20-12. Disposal of wastewater and pool water.

(a)

Filter backwash water shall be disposed of by discharging it to a city sanitary sewer. On all connections to the sanitary sewers, an approved type catch basin shall be provided on the owner's property to intercept sand or diatomaceous earth or other matter.

(b)

Swimming pool water shall either be discharged into the city sanitary sewer or, after dechlorination, may be discharged into a stormwater system.
