§ 14-3. Taking flowers, ferns, etc., from public property.

It shall be unlawful for any person, unless authorized by the city council, to take or carry away from any public place, building or public grounds or park, within the limits of the city, any flowers, ferns, trees, muck or other thing attached to or appertaining to the public place, public building or public grounds or park.
