§ 12-1. Adoption of State Sanitary Code.

The rules of the division of health of the department of health and rehabilitative services appearing under control designation 10D-4 through 10D-27, constituting the sanitary code of the state and referred to as either the state sanitary code or the Florida Sanitary Code, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, except as to any penalties contained therein, as the sanitary code of the city.
