§ 5.01. Repeal of former charter provisions.

Latest version.

All charter provisions in effect prior to the effective date of this charter, including, but not limited to, those contained in chapter 29308, Laws of Florida, 1953, are repealed except those provisions which established the municipal corporation or urban service district known as the City of Neptune Beach.
